dc.description.abstract The Kβ/Kα ratio of Mo for several thickness were measured by energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Technique (EDXRFT). The measured Kβ/Kα ratios of Mo for thin targets are in good agreement with theoretical results. © Tübi̇tak.
