Abstract:
Most probable values of Mi subshell fluorescence yields (i = 1-5) and Coster-Kronig (CK) transition Sij probabilities (S12, S13, S14, S15, S23, S24, S35, S34, S35 and f45) were determined by using least squares fitted to obtain the polynomials, which were plotted by using McGuire's values, representing them as a function of atomic number.
