Bu çalışmada, hazır beton üretim tesislerinde oluşan atıksuyun, çökeltme havuzlarından sonra alıcı ortama deşarjının uygunluğu ile, beton karma suyu olarak tekrar kullanılabilirliği incelenmiştir. 10 tesisin çökeltme havuzu çıkışından alınan geri dönüşüm suyu numunelerinde, SKKY ve TS EN 1008 kapsamında su analizleri, priz süresi ve beton basınç dayanımı testleri yapılmıştır. Beton testleri %100 geri dönüşüm suyu ve %100 saf su ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. SKKY limit değerlerine göre; incelenen tesislerden %100’ünde pH, %60’ında AKM, %30’unda Cr+6 yüksek konsantrasyonu ile limit değerleri sağlamadığı ve alıcı ortama deşarj edilmeye uygun olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Uygunluğu araştırılan tesislerden alınan numuneler TS EN 1008 standardına göre; sıvı-katı yağlar,deterjanlar, askıda katı madde, koku, asitler, organik madde, klorür, sülfat, nitrat, fosfat, kurşun, çinko açısından incelenmiştir ve tüm numunelerin gerekli şartları sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çökme testi de yapılmıştır. TS EN 1008 kapsamında 8 tesisin yoğunluk değerlerinin 1.01 kg/L’den büyük olduğu ve sudaki katı maddenin homojen olarak dağılımının sağlanması gerektiği görülmüştür. 5 ayrı tesiste incelenen beton priz sürelerinde tüm sonuçlar 1-12 saat aralığında gerçekleşmiştir ve saf su priz başlangıç ve bitiş sürelerinin standart gerekliliklerini sağladığı görülmüştür. Basınç dayanımı testlerinden 7 günlük ortalama sonuçları 5 ayrı tesiste incelenmiştir. Bir tesisin saf su basınç dayanımının %90’ından(37,63 MPa) küçük olduğu(36,73 MPa) gerekli şartı sağlamadığı görülmüştür. Diğer tüm tesislerin basınç dayanımları standardın gereklerini sağlamıştır. Beton endüstrisindeki çökeltme havuzlarından geri kazanılan suların beton karma suyu olarak kullanılabilmesi için TS EN 1008’de verilen gereklilikler açısından bu çalışma kapsamında 10 tesis geri dönüşüm suları incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları geri dönüşüm sularının beton karma suyu olarak kullanımının uygun olduğunu göstermiştir.
In this study, the suitability of the wastewater formed in the ready-mixed concrete production facilities to the receiving environment after the settling ponds and the re-use as the concrete mixed water were investigated. Water analysis, setting time and concrete compressive strength tests were carried out in the recycling water samples taken from the point of exit of the settling pool of 10 different facilities within the scope of SKKY and TS EN 1008. Concrete tests were carried out with 100% recycle water and 100% pure water. According to SKKY limit values; 100% of the facilities examined had high pH, 60% of the facilities examined had high AKM, 30% of the facilities examined had high concentration of Cr+ 6 and with the limit values were found to be not suitable for discharge to the environment. According to TS EN 1008 standard; examined for liquid-solid fats, detergents, suspended solids, odor, acids, organic matter, chloride, sulfate, nitrate, phosphate, lead, zinc. it was determined that all samples provided the necessary conditions. Slump test was also performed. According to TS EN 1008, the density values of 8 plants were found to be greater than 1.01 kg/L. therefore, a homogeneous distribution of the solid material in the water should be ensured. All the results were in the range of 1-12 hours at the time of the concrete setting times examined in 5 separate facilities. Pure water setting start and end times have been found to meet the standard requirements. The 7-day average results of the compressive strength tests were examined at 5 different facilities. It was found that only 1 facility(36,73 MPa) was less than of pure water compressive strength (90% of pure water compressive strength= 37,63 MPa). The compressive strengths of all other facilities provided the requirements of the standard. In order to use the water recovered from the sedimentation ponds in the concrete industry as concrete mixed water, 10 facility recycling waters were examined within the scope of the requirements given in TS EN 1008. Research results show that the use of recycling water as a concrete mixed water is appropriate.
